It would also be great to have some vendors there that could be a little more specific to the body mod community whether they’re selling jewelry for piercings, temporary tattoos, waist trainers, inks, etc. Maybe there will even be some sort of runway show to showcase all that beautiful art!

I also want to include demonstrations of the more unusual techniques, whether it’s actual real life techniques (but please be familiar with them before writing about them!) or magically-related ones that could exist in the WoW universe! For example, my character that would run the faire, Red would likely do a demonstration of solar branding on some lucky volunteer for folks to come and watch.

So this would be a place to collect all of you IC body mod artists to offer your services all in one place! (And then party afterwards.) This wouldn’t be limited to just tattoo artists and piercing specialists, I’m looking for all types of body mod artists whether it’s for scarification, branding, implants, tooth filing, tongue splitting, prosthetics etc. So this is something I’ve been wanting to plan for literal years, and I think this year I’m FINALLY going to do it! Currently looking at the last weekend in August, probably Friday & Saturday since one day doesn’t seem like enough, permitting it doesn’t overlap with any other major events!īody modification is something I actually see a lot of in WoW, mostly in the way of tattoos and piercings.
